DeShanda Carter

CEO

With a background as an actress and served 20 years in the NYC Department of Correction as Captain, I decided to take on the role of a full-time entrepreneur.

I currently own and operate Simply Carter Corp, Carters Diva Glam Mobile Party, Simply Carters Kids, Simply Carter Events, Carter's Caring Hands INC., and The Carter Brand.

My goal is to build a brand that will empower girls to women into becoming the correct entrepreneur.

Waymond Issacs

President

Waymond Issacs is a college graduate with a BA in criminal justice/psychology with a Cum Laude 3.27 index. He retired after thirty-two years in NYC corrections rising to the rank of deputy chief of administration. Waymond is currently a substitute teacher and team sports official.

Yvonne Magee

Vice President

Yvonne Magee is a dual certified Medical Services Professional with over 25 years of health care experience. She has a strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance regulations/standards.

Yvonne is an Independent Consultant that travels throughout the US to different healthcare organizations assisting them with compliance issues, implementation of processes ensuring the end goal of quality patient care and patient safety. She is a mother of two, grandmother of two, and enjoys life to the fullest.

Sabrina L. Wyns

Secretary

Sabrina L Wyns is employed as a Senior Parole Officer with the NYSDOCCS. She has held this position for 9 years and prior to that a Parole Officer for 10 years. Sabrina has a Masters Degree in Public Health Education and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Hunter College. She obtained her Practical Nurse degree and license in 1986. Sabrina is a proud mother of a teenage daughter who is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
